Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged products.

If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
